Clicks phamarcy unreliable! Watchout!

I visited Clicks Kokstad with a script for simvastatin, they dispensed and the lady who helped me said she will load the script on their system so that wherever I go I can be able to buy it at any clicks pharmacy. Surprise! I'm in Mthatha and have run out of meds and I visited Clicks Ngebs Mall to be told that Nozipho never loaded the script on the system. Please advise! I need cholesterol treatment as in yesterday. A guy who called clicks Kokstad said they only have a copy of the script and cannot assist me. I should be on treatment for six months . Your service is pathetic! Sickening! Disgusting!
