Clicks phamarcy

people how are you ..i need your help please kindly advice where i could report this coz i feel ****** of my rights..im pregnant and because of heartburn and indigestion i went to clicks and they told me to buy rennie pills.i used them the whole day and nothing changed and at night i got worse and i was even struggling to breath only to realise in the morning that the pills expired in January.i called them and they told me they will handle the matter urgently so they will book me for a scan at their clicks clinic but until today its been 4 days no refund and no communication ...where can i report this?
