Clicks Percegold, Pretoria Central

I never thought I'll have to use this platform to make such remarks about a store I value so much. I had such an unpleasant experience at Clicks Percegold Pretorius Street, in Pretoria Central this morning. Staff there treats customers like theives. I was not allowed to touch or hold the mascara I was there to purchase. The beauty consultant Tshepang told me that I will get my item at the Pay Point/till and she will be the one taking it there for me, not because she was polite or because I asked her to. It was out of mistrust and suspicion. I was treated like a suspect at the store. I asked two men at the till, the one assisting me Samuel told me it was store policy. How? Clicks security should be on point. And for items that must be secured, they are put in that cage case which is be unlocked at the till. A lousy reasoning I received from staff when I asked out concern because I had never encountered that.
