Clicks Percegold

I went to Clicks Percegold and found them making fun of an old man in SANDF uniform who had a complaint and was making noise, they were literally laughing at him in his face. I thought he was one of those difficult clients, until I got to the the cashier and realised that the product I had was a different price to what I saw because the original price was hidden by the 3 for 2 promo. They kept trying to convince me that Im the one who made the mistake so I walked away to go get the other one and queue again to be assisted by another person. Upon turning my back they gossiped about me saying “they want cheap stuff”, I queued again and got assisted by the same person, when asked why they said that, she tried to deny it and I told her that I heard them. She then laughed and said it was her other colleague, I told her since they were together I am taking both their names, she proceeded to laught out loud in my face.

I asked her why she was laughing and she still proceeded to laugh while asking if I want plastic, the whole time I was just calm and not even trying to be rude despite how disrespectful they were. A lady who seemed like she was the manager appeared and one of the cashiers tried to explain to her that “a customer has a complaint” she kept asking “who?” while looking straight in my face. I guess she wanted me to speak to her without even greeting me or acknowledging my presence.

I am so mad at how disrespected I was, considering that I frequent that Clicks and have always been assisted by nice people. It was my first time seeing those girls and my experience with them was very unpleasant. I can imagine how the SANDF man must have felt when he walked out of there after everything they said about him in his presence
