CLICKS PAYLESS 2PLY TOILET PAPER

I've been purchasing the Clicks Payless 2ply Toilet paper for years and the quality was very good but in the past few months the quality is very bad, it is so thin and crumbles, more like 1ply instead of 2ply and the rolls are smaller as well. If this bad quality persists I have no choice but to change to another brand.
