Clicks Pavillion Dispensary - PATHETIC SERVICE!

If I could give you no stars I would. Pathetic service. We bought Prodol in your Pavillion store, and the bottle was open. We got back home to use it on our baby, and found this out. The following day, we went to Clicks in Newlands to try and exchange it, and were unable to. We spoke to Sbonga who was very nice and he advised we had to go and change it at Pavillion. My question is, must I use R100 petrol to change something for R35? As we do not usually go to the Pavillion Shopping Centre? Now the lady my girlfriend spoke to earlier on still insists this must be done. OK then, if that were u, what would you do? With the economy the way it is, I would've thought you guys would have some sort of empathy towards your customers, which clearly isn't the case. I would actually like someone from Management to actually call me to discuss this. I am seriously put off by your service, and especially because the last time I swiped my Clicks card at Cornubia, yet I was told I have no points, but I only fill at Engen to be told all this *******! Appalling isn't even how I would describe the experiences with you guys.
