clicks pavilion terrible customer service

<p>i had bought a flask from clicks pavilion for my sons milk to stay hot,which was very expensive! it had fell and the corner had a small crack ,i had went to clicks pavilion and spoken to brandon and he had advised me that i can bring it threw and he would do the exchange for me,and so i did take the flask back when i arrived at the clicks store an indian sales manager had spoken to me she had said that they cant exchange it for me,and i told her that i already spoken to brandon ,she had advised me that brandon had told me that he never said that to me,since when is the customer a lair!!!!!then the indian sales manager said maybe he is just saying that to cover himself??well thats not my problem!!then they had called the clicks pavilion store manager she was so unhelpful and rude,i had told her that its no use me having the flask because it doesnt work so the store manager didnt even say it the flask back she just kept it!!! i shop at clicks everyday when i the customer needs help that couldnt be done how sad!!the store manager has the title and mandate for nothing because she doesnt know how to make decisions for her store ,the customer service was extremely terrible,POOR POOR SERVICE AT CLICKS PAVILION!!!!!!!!</p>
