Went to fulfill a pediatric script today, the lady was absolutely ridiculous.

Firstly she did not show an ounce of being friendly, her attitude was one of like she was doing me a favor by being there.

Was so incredibly slow, my patience eventually ran thin and I continued to shop.

Questioned me as to why I am buying eyegene when I have alergex eyedrops, even after I was specific it was a pediatric script.

After being irritated by her I went to the hair care section to browse. Got back to the pharmacy counter, my things were just left there, no one to be found. Being in a hurry, meds already paid for by medical aid, I took it and proceeded to get the eyegene.

The lady came back to the counter and shouted from there to me in the isle how can I take the things. Thereafter, speaking so loudly to the another worker "she just came and took the things " in front of all the customers sitting waiting to be served.

If that was not unprofessional enough, she had the nerve to ask me if I have ever been to a clicks or any pharmacy before, how can I just take the things.

I have shopped at many clicks branches before, none of which had anyone as slow as this lady. Further if you are shopping they don't just leave the counter, they wait for you to come back.

No other clicks branches have complete disrespect for paying customers. That lady needs some training in time management, it really should not take 30 minutes to get 2 bottles of eyedrops
