Clicks Pathetic service

I visited the Trade Route Mall Clicks today as my son was looking for a V Bucks voucher for his play station. The playstore cards were just at the entrance of the store, not even 2 minutes after entering the store I had realized that this store did not stock the V Bucks card that we were looking for and I was trying to exit the store. The guard, Caroline who was at the door rudely asked me to open my bag. I proceeded to open my bag which had my Oh so heavily spritz in it, the guard in full view of all the customers pulled out my 3/4 bottle and made out as if I had ****** the spray. I explained that I was only 2 minutes in the store and the male guard could vouch for that. She continued to go on about my spritz when I demanded for a manager. Whilst explaining to the manager what had transpired, a black couple verbally attacked me and accused me of being ******, all this in full view of the customers whilst the manager stood there without doing anything. I explained that I had come there looking for a R500 product, if I wanted to ***** I wouldn't ***** a 3/4 bottle, it's common sense. I buy on average R1000 a month from clicks and this is not my first complaint against the staff at this branch. They target the Indian customers as my sister was also target in the same way. As I left the store another Indian lady gave me her details as a witness, she was also being targeted by the security. I will be taking this further and demand video footage in order for the legal team to investigate Clicks Trade Route. I have alerted the security company of the mall, Lethal Forces, Shaheem Ismail. This matter will not be swept aside and I will not accept a lame meaningless apology. I was victimized and profiled and will not let this slide. All social networks will also be made known of Clicks Trade Routes treatment of Indian customers!

I was left with huge regret of entering their store and will not support such a system.
