Clicks Pathetic Service

Clicks online service is the worst. I bought few essential 26 August. Their Tat is 2 to 3 working days tell me why I haven’t received my order and no feedback on delay, 0 communication. I called them on Saturday and they said I can go to my nearest clicks store my order has arrived. Tell me why when I go the the customer service people at the store told me they can’t assist because there’s no Code. I literally took my time and used my money and travelled to Clicks only for me to be told I won’t get help. I’m so disappointed with how pathetic Clicks service is Omg. I still haven’t received communication and my order status is Processing since 2 to 3 working days. Your online platform is not convenient
