Clicks Pathetic Service

I purchased 4 x 18 packs of the Clicks range of Toilet Rolls . I do this every month as I have become so accustomed to the great quality and price . Last month after we opened the second pack it was tearing and splitting up. So I complained because Clicks has a huge quality promise statement at the back of the pack .We opened the next pack and had the same issue . I provided Clicks with all the feedback they needed. They then have the audacity to refer me too the supplier . The nerve. What does the supplier have to do with me the consumer at Clicks. Then I had the supplier contact me and him having a title at the company that he is with he just wanted to send me a pack and gave me a sob story and lengthy explanation about him being one of the suppliers and not being certain if it was his or not . A load of bull is what I got from Clicks . Nothing but bull**** .

No quality promise follow through . I eventually got so annoyed and told them to keep it .As the supplier there was no remorse for the issues I experienced shown . Clicks was quiet content to leave me to be the supplier's problem.

To date they have not come back to me
