Clicks pathetic online services

Click online, not only am I disappointed but kinda disgruntled. Ordered food for my child and his necessities but the experience has been horrible. Ordered the on the 31st of March 2021, today is the 7th of April 2021 and the parcel has not arrived and nor am I getting any clarity as to where the courier is besides being "on the road". Instead of saying 1-3 working days, consider stretching that, it's literally false advertising.
