Clicks pathetic customer service

Clicks Fleurdal in Bloemfontein is treating its customers so bad that you regret ever setting your foot in that store. Poor customer service and the store manager treats the customers based on the colour of their skin. Refused to exchange or refund the haircliper that i bought few days back even though i had proof of purchased. The machine had 12 months warrantee but didn't work in less that a week of purchase and it was used one to cut 1 person.
