Clicks Parow centre

Good evening,Im very unhappy and disappointed in your customer service.I bought a hairdryer less than a year ago,its been giving me countless frustrations when I use it.It keeps on shutting off after 5 minutes then it refuse to work again,I then have to wait for more than 30 minutes to use it for 5 minutes repeating the same problem.After I took it back to the shop where I bought it at clicks parow centre,the lady refused to exchange it or refund me stating that there's nothing wrong with the hairdryer and that she has the same dryer and hers is doing the same she doesn't find fault in my dryer.Im really so disappointed and disgusted because what normal person finds no fault in a device that keeps shutting down!I might as well throw it away because it's of no use for me now!I'm really disgusted in your customer service trying to compare my problem to their person use on how it works for them.
