Clicks parcel collection mess

In December of 2021 I made a purchase on the clicks online store, my order was delayed and I did not receive it eventually. Tried to ask for my money back to no success. It's May 2022, I am getting an email and sms from both clicks and the courier company stating that I collected my parcel at clicks Windermere today. How? I was at work and I haven't been to clicks Windermere. I do not know what is being talked. I need answers.
