Clicks Paddocks Pharmacy - consistent bad customer service

In the last year that I have had to go to Clicks Paddocks to get my monthly prescription. There were probably two times when I experienced things going smoothly. Either my medication is out of stock or they can't find my script or they give me someone else's prescription or I have to wait like 30-60 minutes (which is crazy!). Not convenient, not efficient. Yesterday I went to pick up my pills at 8am (on Google it says they open at 8) - they were closed. Today, I waited 30 minutes and left since I had a meeting to attend. I can't be waiting 45 minutes to an hour at a pharmacy, man! I am looking at ways to get my medication from somewhere else. Worst experience I've had with a Clicks.
