Clicks over promise and under deliver

I ordered Items on the 23rd November 2018 and I got confirmation that my order will take 3 days. After there 3 day promise has passed, I was sent communication that my order was delayed by 3 more days. Ever since no communication about my order. Sent through an email to asked where is my order and I received no answer.
