Clicks only cares about themselves

Clicks is unkind, uncaring and lacks compassion to their clients. I have been a client of Clicks for 2 years. Recently, I was physically assaulted, not long after I started my new job as a teacher. I have a lot of work as a teacher and have not had the time to go to the doctor and I stand on my severely injured leg. The swelling and bruising is evident and not healing. I am in extreme pain and asked the pharmacist to give me proper pain meds. He refused claiming I have to see a doctor even if it's their doctor.

As I have explained many times I don't have the time, I am working from 5h30 am to 11 pm, sometimes later. I am already barely meeting my deadlines. The pharmacist cares more about protecting himself than helping a teacher who is suffering and alone in Rosebank.

I already have to rely on public transport to get from point A to point be. I feel as if the entire Clicks staff couldn't care less about their clients

They have also been staring at me as I limp from aisle to aisle, not assisting me with the Giant , heavy box I have to carry around.

For this reason, I am sorry that I have an account with them and that I have been loyally using that account. I am basically a cripple teacher without crutches or the medicine I need. But they way they looked at me said that I don't have a right to be upset.
