CLICKS ONLINE....NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOCKING DISGRACE.

On the 6th of January I purchased 2 items of Essence Eye Shadow from Clicks Online Shopping. I was told it would take 2/3 Days to get to Clicks Hibiscus Mall where I could collect. I went to Hibiscus Mall they knew nothing about it, I used the Clicks live chat site they refuse to acknowledge or answer, I sent two emails to Clicks Customer Service with order number, they to haven't had the decency to acknowledge or respond to my emails. I have never known such useless customer service in my life. They have no interest whatsoever in anything they do. I still sit and wait for products that were ordered and paid for. (#***)
