CLICKS ONLINE....NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - False price advertising

I wanted to purchase items online, I selected the items, added to the cart and was ready to checkout, However when I checked out I noticed the price advertised was NOT the price calculated at checkout. Therefore I think Clicks is false advertising, They advertise an item at a lower price and charge a higher price at checkout. (I have snapshots for proof if required).

I emailed clicks informing them of the error, They responded to me saying the online department will be in contact with me within 2 days, It is now 8 days since I received the email and I have NOT received any feedback from the online department.

I also responded to the email that informed me about the online department been in contact with me, seeking advise on whether I should purchase the item or wait for the online department to get back to me, it has been 7 days since I sent that email and I have still not received any feedback.

Seems like the service from Clicks is pathetic and they don't give feedback or assist customers who have queries.
