Clicks online Worst Service Ever

If there were No stars I'd give a Minus. Firstly I ordered for a 3 day collect from their online store. Took 7 Days. Then when the package arrived, as I ordered a Special that reads buy 1 get one free, there was only one. Then I tried calling them, they said I should have clicked two and they would have deducted one. Really? Where does it tell me to do that, the ad says buy one get one free, not buy two get the second one free. Then if you pose them the question you get put on hold, only for them never to return. Sat on the phone eating airtime, like an idiot, for over an hour.
