Clicks online vouchers

I bought a voucher online and now we are not able to use it. When clicks is called they say there's ********** using these online vouchers and they cant honor them and also their system has been down (bryanston nicolway shopping way branch). Even when purchasing online there's an error message so we cannot use these vouchers. How is this possible that we are allowed to buy them but cant use them, what are you doing with the funds Clicks, sharing them as management or giving it to your staff???????
