Clicks Online - useless and pathetic

Click Online shopping is probably the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced.

I ordered a product and paid for it on 2 December 2021 with the expectation that it would be delivered in 4 working days maximum as Port Elizabeth is apparently not a major hub.

I have been unable to track the order on their useless system and when I called them on 8 December 2021, I was told that the product is at their warehouse. The agent that assisted me even indicated that their tracking system was not working properly. She indicated that I should expect to receive an SMS notification that the item was at the store in the next 2 days.

We are now on 13 December and I have still not received any feedback and their online tracking system is still useless. When I called their helpline, the agents promised that someone from Online Shopping department would contact me and they have escalated this. They are unable to tell me why they cannot track the item past 8 December at the warehouse and cannot provide me with proper feedback other than orders taking longer than usual.

I would never recommend anyone using Clicks Online ever for any orders.
