Clicks online - unhelpful

I purchased a SWAN ice maker online in February 2021, this machine just stopped working, I reported the matter to Clicks online on the 1st October, they are just sending me from pillar to post and there has been no progress on the repair. Don’t buy equipment from Clicks!
