Clicks Online Sucks

What a nightmare it is to use the Clicks online portal :-( :-( I struggled when they first launched their online portal and decided, yesterday, after a few years wait, to give it another go. I might as well have saved myself the time and the trouble. I'd been trying to change the quantities of certain products since yesterday and had to resort to getting Customer Services to do it for me today. Problem solved right? No! When I tried from my side a few minutes thereafter to test whether they'd completely resolved the problem, I was faced with the same frustrating issue. Don't get me wrong, I know my way around a pc and doing virtual shopping (at Takealot, Zando, At Home, WW, etc.) is a pet pastime, which has dramatically increased especially now that Covid is a constant companion. Come on Clicks! I love your store, your specials and your rewards system but your online portal sucks!!
