Clicks online store, what a joke !!

1 Star too many. If you want to enter the eCommerce arena you have to be geared for the task. Takealot ships more parcels than almost all e-tailers combined and still manages a delivery time of 2-3 days. It took clicks 3 times as long. When I phoned they were full of excuses. Not at all a pleasant experience. I would recommend you rather go into a store and wear your mask. The whole point of an online order is to stay safe in your home as required for the remainder of the lock-down, then you buy from a place like Clicks and nothing happens for a week until you start emailing and phoning. At least disappointment is a guarantee.
