Clicks online store is scanners!

This store is a problem. www.clicks.co.za is a big **** I placed my order last week and delivery takes 1 to 3 days and I am still waiting for my order no updates via taxt or email and when I try to long into my online account to check order history I can't log in I even reset password and did it three times but new password does not work
