CLICKS online store is a JOKE!!!!!!!

Their online service is a joke, do not waste your time. I bought items on their online store partly with my cashback and with my card, I never received any confirmation email confirming an oder was made, even on their online site it says I have no orders pending when I called about this I was given a case number and told I'd be contacted within 48hours, after3days without anyone calling I had to do follow up again and they still couldn't see my purchase, I mean it has to show somewhere that money came in that money came in their online accounts, where do they think that's coming from?? Manna from heaven??? Now I have to wait about 14days for a refund🙄🙄🙄 what a joke they are.....
