Clicks online stole my money

I just purchased products from clicks online website, which has a terrible user interface btw, with the VISA checkout option. The payment went through and I got the SMS from my bank but when I went back on the Clicks website, it says the transaction has failed to go through and to try again. I checked my order history but it has no record of me ever making a purchase on their website. So my money has been ****** from my account by clicks or one of their trusted partners. Don't use clicks online, it's just not worth it. They better solve my problem.
