Clicks online shopping useless

I purchased a toaster online from clicks oakfields Benoni. When going to collect the item they refused to give me the item saying they needed a pin. This money was deducted from my account immediately and now they refuse to give the item i purchased and payed for. This is useless and unacceptable.
