Clicks online shopping - terrible customer service

Been a loyal customer for many years now and I have never been more dissapointed in customer service as I have with Clicks for my last order! Order was delivered damaged and drenched in showergel that must have cracked opened and spilled over everything else. I asked the courier guy to take it back because we were not sure if that was the only thing that was broken and whether anything else had been damaged. 1 month later, seeeeeveral emails later (Call-centre number does not even work), I am still stuck with no answers and no products. I keep getting email responses saying this has been escalated - how does it take over a month to escalate a simple query...better yet how does it take over a month to deliver something I paid for over a month ago(when the site promises 1-3 days delivery) - I have even asked for my money back with no response. I am beyond annoyed - I am tired of the apologies and just want my money or products now. Appalling customer service-extremely disappointing and highly annoyed now! Order number: OFT1T***8D
