Clicks online shopping takes too long to despatch.

Clicks' online shopping portal is extremely slow. I purchased something to be collected from a branch on Friday, but it takes forever to get dispatched. I tried calling to find out why it takes so long when they have the product in store. They say that, unfortunately, the item needs to be delivered from their warehouse to the store where you can collect it. Never mind the fact that they have the product in store. I will never buy anything online from Clicks ever again. It is a horrible user experience; next time, I would instead go to the store and buy it in person.
