Clicks online shopping poor service delivery

My name is Leah, iam experiencing a problem with Clicks online shopping, on the 13th November 2020 I have ordered baby food and paid cash, and till today i have not received it, my order number is #***.The order that I did not receive is OFT1T***0.On the 23rd November 2020, i have logged a complain with clicks assisted by Liam and my reference number is ***0,till today i have not received any feedback with regard to the complain. The reason why i ordered the food is because my son needed it, and now i don't have money to spend on the same thing. Clicks gave my order to Dawn wing courier and they lost it, and now iam suffering because i paid for my order and no one is saying anything about it.
