Clicks Online Shopping Mess

I've purchased items online on 29 February 2020 on Click Online, the payment went through but the order did not go through. i keep on getting emails from Clicks Online that i forgot to checkout, i forgot items in my basket. When i log onto my Clicks Online Profile under " Order History" it shows " You have no online orders".........I'm really disappointed and i'll never use your service again. i called the Customer Service and i was advised it will take 48 working hours for the issue to be resolved which i know it will take longer than that coz i've seen customer complaints that the issue can take up to a month to be resolved. Please sort out this issue ASAP coz i really need the items that i've purchased Please contact me on ***
