Clicks online shopping let me pay for Centum tablets during the lockdown but I never got the tablets

Be careful of Clicks online shopping. At the beginning of the lockdown I ordered a couple of things from them. One of the items was Centrum to boost my son’s immune system. He was in hospital two weeks before the lockdown. In any case, Clicks deducted the money from my credit card. The courier that brought me the package just gave it to me and left before I could check the content. So when I open the package I found that the Centum (costing almost R400,00) was not included. I immediately phoned customer service and was told by an unhelpful and unfriendly operator that the incident will be investigated. Nothing happened and I sent them an e-mail. Still nothing has happened. I would rather support my local pharmacy now who is more expensive, but who is more dependable when it comes to deliveries. They also do not take people’s money in this time of crisis without providing a service. I am totally disgusted by Clicks actions.
