Clicks Online shopping is appalling

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Click’s online shopping department is a joke! I placed an order online on July 7th, they debit the R299.95 from my account and they don’t send a confirmation e-mail in return. When I call to inquire, I’m told to wait 2 days for them to get back to me. So they delay my parcel for whatever reason, after taking my money then delay things even further to solve something that’s their mistake. And of course their call center agents are happy to keep repeating the same thing about “waiting for the complaints department to get back to me”. Your customer service and general operation of your online shopping facilities is appalling.
