Clicks online shopping is a joke

The online click and collect is ridiculous! I've placed an order on 6th Dec, it went out for deliver on 10th Dec and I still haven't received my parcel and today is the 20th. According to the tracker its still out on deliver, how long can a courier possible take!! If you cannot deliver the goods then don't offer the service.
