Clicks Online shopping frustration with dead end

A month's frustration to be able to use the Clicks App on my phone resulted in me now having ordered stuff via the app but received no order number becuase despite phoning in 3 times to correct the email address it is still not done. Notification sent to the wrong email address. When I explained the 3rd time, the guy was so impatient with me.... that it IS corrected. But it is still not updated. The app is now hanging. If you phone the voice says 1 for Body shop and 2 for. .... and then there is silence. It is just not worth using the app or trying to get hold of clicks. 3 weeks ago I sent a complaint via email. To this point nothing. Today my case was escalated by ANOTHER consultant. I don't hold my breath. They are not capable of having a trustworhy and streamlined online service. I will now have to hunt down my order by phoning every day as I did not receive an order number or email notification at all.
