Clicks online shopping

Worst experience ever! I made an online purchase because I couldn't find the products in any of their physical stores. My order was processed on the 11th and the online order tracking was never updated since. I had to call the customer care a week later to find out what was happening with my order. They told me that my order was handed to the couriers a few days ago. While waiting for my order to be delivered I get an email that my order my was damaged.
