Clicks online shopping customer service

I am very disappointed with clicks online shopping, i recieved my parcel but unfortunately one item was missing from the parcel and it had to be the most expensive fragrance out of the whole package, contacted customer service and was promised that someone will revert back to me with regards to the query and no one did, called again and they said they're still investigating taking their sweet precious time, im very unhappy and frustrated with clicks at this very moment.
