Clicks online shopping

I ordered online at Clicks on the 28th February 2025 and suprisely I was sent an email that my order has been delivered on the 28 February 2025 at 17:15 but the order was never delivered at my address but on their system it says it was received by me which is a lie. I have been doing follow ups and I'm being told they still investigating it's been two weeks waiting for my order even after I told them I have baby nappies in that order which I desperately need and now I had to borrow money to buy nappies again and today is the 14th of February 2025 I'm still waiting and what irritates me is that I'm the one who must always call or email them for updates.. Like I said before will take it up with my lawyers because clear there's some ***** going on there.
