Clicks online shopping and delivery is a joke

On the 23 March 2020 i made 2 online purchases, one for me and another for my sister. The order was to be delivered in Promenade Mall. To my suprise my sister got her order within 3 days. While mine for weeks when i try to tract it says still on its was. After several attempt calling the contact center finally got through and inwas told my case will be escalated to the online team to investigate and it'll take 2-3 working days. I spoke to the agent and i asked if i can cancel my order and grt my money back and i was told i am unable to cancel an online purchase. I can only return the order. How can i return something i dont have. Or must i now wait until whatever time they decide to deliver. I'm very disappointed in how the call center agents handled my enquiry. I asked to be transfered to the manager and they droppedthe call. Few minutes after the phone was dropped suddenly the package is ready to be collected. I've wasted my money and airtime trying to contact Clicks onlu to get nothing but this kind of treatment.
