clicks online shopping and delivery

i am disgusted with clicks online shopping and delivery,they advised a 1-3 working day for delivery i placed the order on 25.04.2020, i called today to follow up on my order which is all baby essentials only for them to tell me they work with an external courier company that is working on skeleton staff and that i will only receive my order on the 6th May as weekends and public holidays are not included. I have asked what am i supposed to do till then regarding my 10 month old baby needing her diapers and formula.

i was told there is nothing they can do about it.
