Clicks online shopping

Bought a pacifier on the clicks online store on the 4th of August. Which stated delivery will be done in 1-3days, with 2 extra days if outside of main delivery areas... 14 days later, i have still not received what i have purchased online. Called clicks query line, logged a complaint. Which they said they will call me back, have still not received any update.
