Clicks online Shopping a nightmare

Clicks online shopping has become a nightmare. I've ordered a parcel on the 27th of June and expected the parcel to be delivered by the 1st as the website states 1-3 days for delivery... Today is the 3-7-21. Emails come back with message not delivered due to inbox being too full. There are no alternative email addresses available. Phoning the helpline leaves you holding on until your airtime runs out and the consultant answering the phone is not helpful or apologetic.
