Clicks online shopping

Ordered from clicks online on the 18th Nov, got an email confirmation that my package would be delivered to a store in 3 working days, by Friday 25th I still had not received any notification that parcel is ready for collection, when I called the call centre the query turn around time is 24-48hrs, seriously bad online experience and i would not recommend shopping online with clicks again! Still waiting for a call, email, or better yet my parcel!
