CLICKS ONLINE SHOP

Terrible online service. Already paid my order that I placed 3 days ago. Online it shows dispatched. Went to collect an my order is still not ready. They told me in store at Bloemfonteim Bayswater where I placed the order it will take 4 to 5 days. But online it says 1 to 3 days. They also said that the products is not in store. I took the guy working there with me and showed him all my products in the shop and still I cannot get my order because they do not have it. I understand that the warehouse probably pick the stock and take it to the selected store. But the people working there has no idea whats going on. Not friendly and not helpfull at all. Never ever will I use online shop with them again. This is really terrible service.
