CLICKS ONLINE SERVICES ARE PATHETIC!!

I have ordered items online, but the wrong item was delivered to me. After reporting to Clicks customer services, i was told to return the items to clicks southdale johannesburg and they will exchange it for me.

Arriving at CLICKS SOUTHDALE, they did not have the item in stock!!!

i decided to refund all items and reorder online AGAIN, thinking the second time the correct order will be delivered.

Well, the wrong items was delivered AGAIN for the second time!!!

CLICKS ONLINE ORDERING SERVICES ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
