CLICKS ONLINE SERVICE IS PATHETIC

hi, its been the first time i have used the online services on the clicks website and however this has been the worst experience ever, its now been 14 days and i have not yet received a parcel that i have already paid for. As per clicks my parcel is with the courier company however don't wish to confirm.

i have been calling the call center daily to follow up as the adverts on the sites clearly states that this takes 1-3 working days. all they can do is apologies for the delay and inconvenience, promises to call back and DONT.

the best part about this is that i now am demanding for a refund and as per the consultant Bennverland this will not be possible as the parcel needs to firstly be found 1st and only then will they decide to refund me. this company is a *****, i requested to view the terms and conditions regarding the refund and he advised that he cannot send me this information. a big company like clicks should be dealing with a more professional courier company. i will not recommend they online service to anyone, pointless having sales to motivate people to buy when this seems to be a money making scheme, just to ***** and con innocent people.
