CLICKS ONLINE SERVICE IS A ****!!

Clicks online service Click & collect are ******. Their customer service is very bad. I made an order online on Monday 1 July and till today i haven't received my order ***. I was told by a customer service agent that my parcel will be shipped but till today i got nothing.

Please refund my money if you can't keep your promise and deliver within 1-3 working days. Feels like i ordered from Overseas.

VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I WILL NEVER ORDER OR USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!
